REFUNDS

 

Refunds will not be issued in respect of your deposit or any payments made prior to the event, in the event you cancel your booking (or we cancel your booking due to the breach by you of this contract) and we are unable to obtain another booking for the date of your event. No refunds or credits will be issued for any items that are unused or unwanted services. 
 
 

 

DAMAGES

 

1.1 If a product delivered to a customer is found damaged or faulty, then Vee AL Modish Events shall compensate the customer in the form of product replacement or refund according to the policy of third-party vendor or supplier.

1.2 All goods remain the property of the company.

1.3 All goods, once delivered, become the responsibility of the customer.

1.4 In the event of severe damage or loss of hired goods, we reserve the right to charge you for any repair or replacement of goods that are lost, stolen or damaged beyond reasonable repair. Substitute items will not be accepted.

1.5 Goods shall be delivered in good working order. Unless notice is received to the contrary as soon as reasonably possible and in any event no later than 24 hours after delivery, goods shall be deemed to be in good working order
